16 July 08: I've bunches of pictures started and finished, just have not had time to take photos of them to post (along with pictures of Jermiah and Amanda/our new addition Buddy the stray cat/the return of the Granddogs, Sierra and Petey with their sister-Betsy the grandcat/our newest grandpuppy-Keato
God has helped me quit smoking in January 08 and since that time, I swear, the devil has been trying to get me to start again (hahahaha) -- I've also been blessed by God with a gift from my eldest son and his wife recently, which I'll dribble on about in 5-6 months BIG SMILE!! ... and my youngest son going into the Army in June. Things have been a tad topsy-turby since Jan 08. Sooo... hope to get some things posted by August 08.

My dad (Lee Acridge) did the picture of Grandma Tressie's house over 40 years ago; God does spread His gift through the generations (my sister (Chris Ridenoure), like myself, paints any and everything she can get her hands on, she also does other types of mediums such as birdhouse gourds.
Though my dad doesn't draw now or do his creative mushrooms / butterflies / etc. in copper or carve wood, you should see his most-beautiful gourds!
My husband... well, God has gifted him the kindest heart you will ever find as well as woodworking hand; his Mom's art shows in her cooking! Our 2 boys ... time will tell if they have any artistic ability. My eldest brother also creates in wood; my youngest brother ... well, he may not draw or carve or paint, but he has magic in his hands when working on cars :D!!
